Students from Kyunghee University worked with Tyler to understand the cultural differences between the attitude in Silicon Valley and the traditional business work culture. Students very encouraged to seek their own goals and to take action at their own paces, even if they were not directly told to do so. In the team building activity, groups would try to replicate the premade structure, but each team had restrictions on who could touch the pieces and who could see the original structure. As a result, teams had to effectively communicate in order to be able to replicate the structure. After the time was over, all the students gathered together and talked with Tyler to debrief and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having to work with other people and furthermore discussed the challenges they encountered.
